FOLDING ENDURANCE TESTER (UEC-1007-A1/A2)

One complete oscillation of the test piece, during which it is folded first back wards and then forwards about the same line and this oscillation is double fold.

A test piece is fastened vertically between two clamps. The upper clamp folds, the test piece by means of the reciprocating circular motion while the lower clamp maintain it under a given load.

The Equipment is used for determining the Folding Endurance of all kinds of paper, cardboard, foil and films upto 0.15 mm. The folding effect on the specimen, loaded by weights, is exerted by the oscillating and rotating movement of the upper clamps.
