UEC-1021 Water Absorption Tester (Klemn Type)

This instrument is used for measuring the degree of water absorption of paper i.e. the capillary rise in millimeters by suspending a specimen in a vat filled with water. The capillary rise of water in paper is the water distance rise in a strip of a paper suspended vertically with its lower end immersed in water.

• This equipment is suitable for blotting paper, absorbency paper and other similar grade of paper which are having water absorption to high.
• Optional : Sample Strip cutter for preparation of test pieces size 15 x 200 mm.
